
Day 3: Something you have to forgive yourself for....
I don't really need to forgive myself of anything. I am hard on myself for things but that has to do with my weight issues and relationship with food.
I guess I could forgive myself for going off on all the diets and gaining weight. However, I have figured out something that could work for me I just have to stop Procrastinating and do it.
That's my plan is to just do it. I'm somewhat boring don't like consequences so I was a good girl growing up.
