For the second time
my car is at the doctors.
Only this time I think they
are flying blind
considering they didn't fix it the
first time.

I am currently in a rent-a-car
background music playing as you read circus clown
a BLUE Crystler whatchamacalit.
It is an obnoxious BLUE
and it drives horribly. I feel
that at any moment a circus
clown are coming to pile into
the car
All. AT. ONCE.

Don't get me mixed up
with the
complaining person over in the
corner. I appreciate
Hyundai giving me a rental
because my bOSS is not the
nicest and most understanding.
Did I mention not here.
That is another story.

I also thought it was funny
that they gave me this car because
"It has more room"
but in reality it has less than
a mini.

I am more frustrated at the
fact that my
car
my pretty, pretty car
is only a year old
and experiencing sickness of
a more elder car.

I hope it isn't something that they have
to keep him over night.

I have been searching for the

past year. With no results.

Many people are leaving and I am still

there. Do I have to be there

forever and deal with evil type A personalities.

Is this some kind of punishment that I

don't deserve or understand WHY ME?

I am a good person. I care about others

help them, guide them when asked

my opinion, honest and very loyal. So

why do I feel that I am

getting the short end of the stick? Why

do I try and feel I get no where

one step forward, a giant leap backwards. To

where I started.

I am not asking for a lot.

Just a career in something I LOVE

can feel good about each morning.

It annoys me when people think that
because I DON"T have children;
I don't know anything.
Well I have news for you
I was there when both my brothers
were growing up I was there. All
throughout. I was a fixture in their lives
and still am.

I helped with everything, taught them
right from wrong, disciplined when
my parents were not around. I
was there for all their triumph,
mistakes, graduations, and
MARRIAGE.

I was the one that they
came too when they had a problem
or were scared. In essence I had a hand in
raising them.

So do not tell me that I
don't know because
I don't have children.
I may not have had the experience of giving
birth but I do know what it is
like to have the responsibility of taking
care of children, raising, teaching, and caring for them.

I was told at an early age that I may not
be able to have children. Imagine
being told that you won't be able to be a mom.
At about 18 yrs old I decided to adopt.
Adopt a child from America and give them
an opportunity to be loved and grow up in a loving
environment. I have an awesome support system and
my up bringing is something I want to pass on.

I may not have children (YET) but I should not
be punished or reprimanded for my opinion in
matters concerning them either. I have a reason
an unbiased opinion.

I smell it

I have what some would call a
KEEN SENSE OF SMELL. I can smell
anything and everything.
Doesn't matter where it is my sniffer will find it.
Then look out. This at times has been
hazardous to my health.

There are some smells that are not
so good for me. I hate the smell of
freshly cut grass,
night blooming jasmine,
or jasmine in general,
orange blossoms,
flowers in general,
bleach,
regurgitated food,
fish,
those people who use
to much perfume or cologne,
so much so that you
eat it. Moderation people.

I hate walking by someone and then
WHAM. Hello nasty tasting smelly
intoxicating expensive blah.

Games that we play

Do you remember the games that you played when

Boy have they changed

etc.
They could go on and on.

What happened to playing
snake in the grass,
freeze tag,
pirates,

Car trouble has reared its
UGLY head.
I have a BRAND NEW CAR
purchased with no miles.

I first noticed a problem.
When I pumped gas. The gas would be on
automatic then suddenly
S.T.O.P.
I talked with a friend of mine about
it and she suggested I
get it checked out.
So I took in my car
and sure enough had to have
a part ordered. UGH.

I also had them check out
my brakes. they were acting
funny and wanted to be sure.
Needless to say after 5 hours
they found
NOTHING.

This morning I was driving
down my hill and breaking.
My car was stuttering actually
stuttering in its movement.

Now I was annoyed. Okay really
annoyed. Why hadn't they found something
before? Why must I take more
time off work to get this fixed? And you tell
me that Hyundai doesn't offer
emergency car rental?
W.H.A.T.E.V.E.R.
How long is it going to take?

The poor guy had deal
with me dealing with missing work.
Having to hear about it later.

Steve was so patient and
nice. He gave me a rental for
free and walked me over.
I got a 2010 Sonata.
Same car make of mine
just different year.
After driving I realize there
is more wrong with my car then I
new about. So when Steve calls to tell
me what is wrong with my car. I will inform
him of what I found different in mine.
Poor Poor Steve.

I have decided to write a letter to Hyundai
and Steve's manager regarding the
service and how annoying I was
this morning.

I got my car back and so far so good.

But there are other problems I am

noticing. The problem is that

I can't take anymore time off

and I have to now wait to

get it fixed.

Movie Review-Scott Pilgrim

This past Wednesday I went to see Scott Pilgrim vs. The world. In retrospect it should have been called Scott Pilgrim vs. Really Bad Acting. It wasn't as horrible as Kick Ass well maybe it was but anyway it had its moments of funny mixed with a bit of irritating whiny boy. The mixture of actors gathered in the movie should have made it good or possibly entertaining.

The best part of the movie or what I enjoyed the most was Chris Evans and his chin hair. OMG he is a "GORGEOUS" man and him in the movie with that chinstrap looking thing was hilarious. He was in the entire thing for a spec.

Scott Pilgrims roommate was hilarious and I found stole the show when he was in it. The "band members" were really boring and the "it girl" was blah.

I thought this movie could have been better if it was redone in a different perceptive. The comic theme is fine just keep away from the corny movements and Batman signs. Also add a new lead actor would be excellent. I do like Michael Cera just not in this role.

Side note M. Night ShamalaBlahblahblah has another "terrifying" movie coming out. Really.Really. Is that necessary no one understands the movies that have already gone straight to DVD.

Over the past few months I have
noticed an increase in readers. However,
no one has followed, added me to anything or commented.
Do you not love the spew of words which comes

that nothing has been left.
I read others blogs and at times will comment
but I don't go back to see if they

Yesterday I finally got time
to finish the book, photos and print
what I wanted of the
Baptism.
I still have the disc to finish.

I have put it on

but I am still having reservations about the
name.
Naming of a business is stressful
to say the least.

So here I am
thinking of possible changes
and things I need to do in order
to get this party started.

I think once I finish the
design of the business cards
it will be official.

You house were my home

Yesterday I had time to kill before I picked up dinner. I decided to visit my roots and go back to what I consider HOME. Of course some other family lives there and well the front has changed but its still the only place I felt at home.

I could be incomplete darkness and knew every turn, creek, handle, space, lock, nook, smell of the house. I got rather teary eyed when I turned my street and say MY HOUSE. I can remember the telephone number we had, how it was before we added on, my closet; oh how I loved my closet. I had my first boyfriend, first accident (bicycle), bought my first car, first ghost encounter. I lived there for 14 years and babysat most of the kids in the neighborhood.

While driving down the street I felt calm as if nothing was going to happen. The trees were blowing and the air seemed cleaner. I remember how it looked back when I was a kid and all these feelings came rushing back in and it put a smile on my face. I miss hanging out in the neighborhood with everyone, riding bikes, going swimming all day long and literally have the best CHILDHOOD.

To house I miss you!

Of Moodiness and Men

Ever wonder why women are the only ones who pegged with "PMS"? Why men are not subject to having their moodiness labeled. Why are their "fine moods" not labeled as A$$? How is it that women obtained the label of Witch (sub w for B) , worst yet we as women target other women.

One night in class we were discussing words that are used for men, boys, women and girls. That societies views and what our environment teaches us shapes who we become.

In essence the class not only opened me up to my own prejudices and the stereotyping I do myself. I have taken notice and work on not going with my first instinct all the time but more observe first no judging.

So the reason for this clever coo is at work we only have 2 men. Of those men one is just plan moody. He constantly complains "I am so swamped. I have so much to do. Do we have to have that? " and don't forget the excuses "Well I estimated based on last year, who new it was going to go up that much. I don't know it wasn't me it was so n so. UGH WA WA WA."

Rainbow Brite of it all

I had an epiphany yesterday while speaking with a co-worker/friend.
I was meant to work where I am at in order to find what I was
meant to do with my life.

CoFFee cOffEE, COFFEE

1. I love the smell of coffee when it is brewing. How it fills the entire house or office with its tantalizing aroma. MM MM Then I taste it and its not bad with my usual additions that mask the true taste, and lets not forget the after taste YUCK!!.

2. Do people know how to use simple things? Printers, copiers, fax machines. You can pretend you know everything but secretly your an IdIOT and that's being kind. To quote a funny person "YOU THERE WHO THINK YOU KNOW EVERYTHING ARE IRRITATING THOSE OF US WHO DO". That person gets the RaSbErRy Award!!

3. I have been printing up pictures like a mad woman searching for her car keys. W-holly crap it's a lot of work. Plus expensive I am on my next color cartridge and not even half way through. I may have to up my prices.

4. I started a new blog. Well sort of. It's going to be attached to this one but I have really been on blogger since 2004. That's right I decided to let the info go on that one today and deleted everything. What was the point any way just a whiny baby talking about people that annoyed and were TATTLE TELLS. BTW real mature nimrods.

5. Have I mentioned that I have had enough Mountain DEW and coffee to feed a caffeine aholic for the next 90 years give or take a few 89.

6. I purchased a lot of things this weekend. I went to Michael's Arts n Crafts and found some great bargains for Christmas gifts that I purchased (early right) and the finishing touches on the wedding album I am doing. Also, went to JoAnn's, Target and CPK. Busy Saturday that took a toll on me. Woke up not so great on Sunday and had to cancel on my friend. I hate doing that.

7. I STILL need to get an oil change for my car. Poor Gatsby!!

Movie Review-Step up 3

This weekend I went and saw a movie with some friends. I was very excited because well there had two previously and they were "Not Bad" movies. Then this one started. Let me preface this by saying that it wasn't HORRIBLE. The dancing scenes were good but the acting, actors and story line was a Joke. So my readers I am an avid movie goer and I recommend this to those of you who have Netflix. Do not pay, exchange your group activity tickets, or have your date pay for this movie.

Two thumbs down I'm afraid.

Gools n Fools

1. Tried to give up my favorite drink, even tried to make myself think it tasted WRONG. But I can't seem to stop the craving. UGH on top of all of this I finally found my own cure for water retention and its COFFEE I hate coffee. The smell is cool when it is done correctly but mostly it tastes NaStY. However I have ANKLES..1.2.3. everyone YAHOOO.

2. I purchased a CD a long time ago and didn't really give it a chance. I love discovering new artists that haven't made it big yet and just relish in the pureness of the music . Well I waited too dang long to listen and now they have blown up here is where you can find them and I have to say their freshman album (CD) is better than their Sophomore one. I do love them though good, good music.

3. Been having an episode of the CLEANS. Lately everything has to be clean, wiped down or 409'd. Can't stand messy to the point where I stare at it thinking that someone is going to clean up their mess and when they don't I start doing it. It has been mostly at work. The most UNORGANIzed place and although I do not have OCD it feels like I do at times. WOW is it bad. Just today I have cleaned out my entire desk, reorganized my folders, went into the back and almost started organizing the entire warehouse. I was asked not to by the "SUPERVISOR" of what and whom I have no clue still but I stopped. It has gotten so bad that you can barely walk back there.

4. I love note pads of different era's, shapes and don't get me started on pens. I have found the pen that my hand likes. Meaning it writes well with, fits my hand perfectly and doesn't run. I have been keeping tabs on this pen, ridiculous I know but oh how I love this pen. Its just a simple blue inked bic. LOVE IT

5. I have decided to get a new phone. But before I make a purchase or upgrade I get to know the different phones and read about the pros and cons from others who have purchased the phone. I just don't go on one site either. Let's just say I peruse the crap out the phone sites and when I finally decide on the phone I go to my local BEST BUY and see the great deals and discounts they have there. I have purchased two different phones from them and although the service lacks a bit it is much better than Sprint Stores for sure.

6. LOVE LOVE LOVE my mothers cooking. You know when people say the thing I miss the most is my mothers cooking. Ever wonder why? Because there is nothing like HOME than you mothers cooking. The sense and feel of love that comes from her homemade whatever is compared to nothing. There is not one way to compare this to a feeling that a mother's cooking can bring.

Bipity Boopity Boo

Do people still read anymore? Do children still read for fun? I can remember going to the library and so excited because I had my own library card. I would go in the section by myself (not really my mom would be like a foot away but I was able to pick out the books I thought were interesting. We would spend hours there looking through books, listening to story time and playing in the kid area. My mom would show me how to use the Dewey Decimal System and she would give me a title of the book to search for. It was always a cook book so that became a section I new like the back of my hand.

As I got older and my interest in reading for FUN got more intense she would give me assignments for each book I got from the library. My mom was always in contact with my teacher or the one I was going to have in the next grade. She would ask for a recommended reading list and the summer I would have to read a certain amount and do book reports on them. By the time I would start the next grade I was a grade ahead of them on reading and since my mom had done this from the beginning my grade level for reading was in HS when I was in 4th grade.

I loved reading still do. What I have noticed nowadays is how much children are influenced by video games, tv and the IPOD. Now I have an ipod however I read regularly and would consider myself and avid reader of many things. But what I do not understand is that my generation is the one currently putting their children in front of the tele or getting them video games but what happened to having them play outside and using their imagination.

It's just sad.

words disappear

I am scotopic meaning the words disappear or twist as I am reading. Does that mean I have a learning disability??? Technically why yes, yes I do! Thanks for asking and I never would have known if my brothers hadn't been tested when they entered elementary school.

So what is Scotopic exactly? Irlen Institute the place that diagnosed me is the main agency who discovered this disability. They did a study on me because I did what was called "adapt" to the learning environment doing what I needed excel at school. They said that I would be lucky to graduate let alone go to college and succeed well I graduated high school and college. I never did listen to them and figured well if I am not supposed to do good then I will prove them wrong, and I DID!! Going all the way to calculus and doing tons of science, getting A's in classes that should be difficult and not until my Senior year did I get "disability" services for chemistry (hated it). The teacher was horrible let alone the material was not easy to learn. Needless to say I went a different route and Forensics called my attention as did Victimology. So I got my Criminal Justice degree specializing in Victimology, Forensics and Photography.

Take that statistics that said I would fail.

Thwat I saw a lady HIT herself??

On the way home today a women in a nice CAR hitting herself in the head. The only time she would stop is when she needed to turn the wheel or signal. It was crazy and I was laughing at first then I realized that she was BY herself with no one in the car with her. My second thought was OMG she is really hitting herself she is KOOKOO BANANAS certifiably crazy.

BONUS she lives in my complex WHO NEW!!
