Car trouble has reared its
UGLY head.
I have a BRAND NEW CAR
purchased with no miles.
I first noticed a problem.
When I pumped gas. The gas would be on
automatic then suddenly
S.T.O.P.
I talked with a friend of mine about
it and she suggested I
get it checked out.
So I took in my car
and sure enough had to have
a part ordered. UGH.
I also had them check out
my brakes. they were acting
funny and wanted to be sure.
Needless to say after 5 hours
they found
NOTHING.
This morning I was driving
down my hill and breaking.
My car was stuttering actually
stuttering in its movement.
Now I was annoyed. Okay really
annoyed. Why hadn't they found something
before? Why must I take more
time off work to get this fixed? And you tell
me that Hyundai doesn't offer
emergency car rental?

How long is it going to take?
WHAT how long?
The poor guy had deal
with me dealing with missing work.
Having to hear about it later.

Steve was so patient and
nice. He gave me a rental for
free and walked me over.
I got a 2010 Sonata.
Same car make of mine
just different year.
After driving I realize there
is more wrong with my car then I
new about. So when Steve calls to tell
me what is wrong with my car. I will inform
him of what I found different in mine.
Poor Poor Steve.
I have decided to write a letter to Hyundai
and Steve's manager regarding the
service and how annoying I was
this morning.

* Update
I got my car back and so far so good.
But there are other problems I am
noticing. The problem is that
I can't take anymore time off
and I have to now wait to
get it fixed.
Alignment is next week.
Maybe that will make a
difference.
