Ok, ya'll we need to rally. This weekend was full of me not eating really and when I did let's just say my choices weren't the greatest but I actually listened to my body telling me STOP WE ARE DONE!!! I started walking and Monday I will be going to the gym to ride a bike, walking hurts to dang much (open wound bottom of foot) making it difficult to walk. I have good music and a book if I need to keep myself from thinking 'oh the pain stop your tired, don't you want to just fall of the bike and make yourself even more noticeable' or this is me not caring what others think of me cause I am not going to the gym for them!!!
So, goal for this week no more morning stops at Tom's and more Special K. Next month's mission quit Soda all together. What a harsh world we live in when all I crave are the bubbles not even the soda. But I am not allowed to have bubbles so that is my next mission.
