LDL check in:For the past month or so I have been following a plan to help me eat better. It has been working "I think". My clothes fit me differently, I look different and others have noticed. However, there are still those few items that you know you should be fitting better in and you (ME DROPPED 2 WHOLE SIZES) notice that well not so much.
Does that mean that you revert back to what you are used too doing. EATING LOTS OF FOOD.
NO!! Absolutely NOT.
I do have to say that I have been cautious of what I eat, when I eat it, and with what. My biggest or heaviest meal is at lunch and I avoid all processed foods as much as possible.
It is difficult because I do not live alone and there are others who are not doing the same thing as me nor do they try to support it. Therefore, I spend WAY TOO MUCH MONEY on food because I have to buy double when others eat it who are not on the "eating plan" but who just want to because (*ugh).
Fret not my friends I am still sticking to the plan and will not waiver even at work. Cake and ice cream were served yesterday and I had nothing. Bagels, cream cheese and cupcakes were available too and I had one bit of a cup cake and that's it. AHH self control.
This is not a diet but a life plan and I am sticking to it. Although PMS wants me to eat chocolate very bad. UGH THE PAIN
