For the last few months I have done my best to
stay on target and change.
Eat fruit till I burst,
cut out the soda (a challenge that I am loosing currently),
eat all my protein during the day,
and bread before 2pm (hopefully cutting this out soon),
and more fruit and veggies.
The challenge is being motivated. I notice
that I am looking at calories more,
checking ingredients,
and being cautious about the things
I put into my body.
The problem is that
I am tired of cooking. I don't want to
cook for myself.
I have no place to put my food
therefore my "life change" is
hindered. (already discussed this in a previous post)
so what do I do about it?
Need help peeps.
So here is me currently 20 lbs lighter and
enjoying my new wardrobe.
(BTW not new just smaller)
